My approach

Warm, thorough, and collaborative

Good psychological care starts with listening. I take the time to understand your story before recommending a path, and I treat evaluation as something we do together — not something done to you.

My aim is for every session to feel calm and unhurried. Whether we are clarifying a diagnostic question or working through something difficult in therapy, I want you to leave each meeting feeling understood and a little clearer about your next step.

You will always know what to expect and why. I explain the process in plain language, answer your questions directly, and make sure recommendations are practical for your real life.

Who I work with

Toddler through adult — testing and therapy

My practice spans the lifespan. I provide comprehensive psychological testing as well as online psychotherapy for adults.

Psychological testing

Tailored evaluations for children, teens, and adults — including attention, autism, learning, and cognitive questions. Each one produces a clear, professional written report you can use.

  • Toddlers and young children
  • School-age children and teens
  • College students and adults

Online therapy for adults

Supportive, collaborative psychotherapy delivered by secure telehealth for clients located in the states where I am licensed.

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Life transitions
  • Attention-related challenges

Where I'm licensed

I see clients by telehealth only in the states where I hold a license. Today that includes Florida plus the states listed here:

41 states & D.C.

If your state is not listed, telehealth is not currently available to you.

How care is delivered

Most care happens by secure video from the comfort of your own space.

  • Telehealth from home for therapy and most adult testing
  • In-person work at the office by appointment (currently Thursdays)

Office address: 10950-60 San Jose Blvd #180, Jacksonville, FL 32223 (in-person by appointment)

Why self-pay

Care on your terms, not an insurer's

My practice is self-pay only. Paying out of pocket means faster scheduling, full privacy over your records, and a senior clinician's attention from start to finish — without an insurance company deciding what counts as covered.

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate before we begin, so you know your costs up front. It is part of how I keep things transparent.
